    The UK’s eating disorder charity, founded in 1989 as the Eating Disorders Association, has a mission to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders.

    Their national Helpline exists to encourage and empower people to seek help quickly, recognising that early treatment greatly improves the chance of recovery. People can contact them online or by phone. They listen, help individuals understand the illness, and support them in taking positive steps towards recovery. They also provide guidance to family and friends, equipping them with essential skills and advice so they can support their loved ones while also looking after their own mental health. In addition, they campaign to increase knowledge among healthcare and other relevant professionals, and advocate for better funding for high‑quality treatment, ensuring that when people are ready to take vital steps towards recovery, the right help is available.

  4. Bladder and Bowel Health Childrens Service (Continence)

    We are a small, nurse led team supporting children and young people up to the age of 19 across the county of Worcestershire. We work with children and young people experiencing delayed toilet training, and other symptoms which may be associated with this, such as daytime wetting nighttime wetting and chronic constipation and/or faecal soiling

  25. Melo - ONSIDE

    Melo is taking an innovative and flexible approach to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people (CYP) aged 0–25 years across Herefordshire & Worcestershire.

    Working closely with partners in the Integrated Care System, Melo will provide a range of early intervention and preventative support options designed to meet individual needs, identifying what matters for each child/young person and, where appropriate, their family.

  26. Mentor Link

    Mentor Link gives children and young people someone to talk to when they are having a hard time at home or at school. Each child meets with a mentor every week for as long as they need. Most of the time this happens in schools across the West Midlands.

    We have also started a new project called EBSA, which helps children return to learning after being away from school. The aim is to support them as early as possible by listening to them and understanding what makes learning difficult for them.

    Samaritans is a charity in the UK that helps people who are having a really hard time. They are always open, day or night, so anyone can talk to them when they feel sad, worried, or alone. Kind volunteers are there to listen and give people a safe space to share their feelings.
